Day 1 : Victoria Falls

Flight: Johannesburg – Livingstone 10h40 – 12h30

As you will be entering Zambia, a single entry visa will be required and is obtainable at the point of entry at a cost of US $50 per person, payable in cash. The visa fee is subject to change at the discretion of the Zambian Government.

On arrival at Livingstone Airport, a representative will meet and transfer you to the lodge. The transfer time is approximately 20 minutes.
3 Nights at Sussi & Chuma (Chuma house) on a full board basis inlcuidng sundowner cruise, walking safaris, Tour of the Falls, game drives in the national park and a village tour.
Your accommodation consists of a Chuma house where children of all ages are welcome.

The afternoon is at leisure to enjoy the activities on offer.

Activities offered at the lodge include, game drives in the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, where guests can see a variety of game, including white rhino, elephant, buffalo and giraffe. A walking tour of the incredible Victoria Falls, a World Heritage Site, is a must as they give guests an opportunity to experience one of the seven natural wonders of the world.
Day 2 & 3:

The day is at leisure to enjoy the some of the variety of activities on offer.

Every child under 12 years will receive a Sanctuary Kiddies back pack which includes a colouring book, pencils, torch and binoculars. Our various children's activities at Sanctuary Sussi & Chuma include, tailor made children friendly game drives with parents.

Traditional clay / Plaster of Paris toy molding which they can take home - animals, cars, houses, pots etc. to take home. Sundowner story telling - old Zambian folklore stories on animals, nature and the environment while parents are on a activity. School Tours – A visit to Nakatindi School and spending some time with children from a different culture and participating in coloring competitions and interactions, with parents.

Baby-sitting facilities are available. Housekeepers are not formally trained child minders, but do have experience in looking after their own children, as well as the kids of many previous guests. Child minding is charged at a nominal fee, which is entirely paid to the child minder.


Day 4 : Chobe National Park

After breakfast, you will transfer to Livingstone airport for onward flight to Kasane airport. The flying time is 15 minutes. On arrival at Kasane airport you will be met and transferred by road to your safari lodge. Road transfer time is 10 minutes.

2 Nights at Chobe Chilwero (cottage) on a full board basis including and drinks (except premium brands), game viewing activities, park fees, laundry and emergency evacuation

Activities available from the lodge include thrilling guided morning and afternoon game drives in open-sided 4X4 vehicles and wonderous water safaris and or sundowner cruises on specially adapted motorboats. The afternoon is at leisure to enjoy the game viewing activities on offer.

Day 5 : Chobe National Park

The day is at leisure to enjoy the game viewing activities on offer.

Our various children's activities at Sanctuary Chobe Chilwero include: Guided Walking Safari within the grounds of the lodge to collect pods, leaves and seeds and to learn about tree identification. "Safari Hunt", kiddies Croquet on the lawn, make your own pizza with the Chef and shortened game drives.

Day 6 : Depart

Enjoy a morning game viewing activity followed by breakfast. Please meet your guide in reception who will transfer you to Kasane airport for your onward journey. The transfer time will be advised to you locally by the lodge management.
